Thai Yoga Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is an ancient system of healing with its roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine and Buddhist spiritual practice. Help you identify the specific nutrition your body needs to be a healthy, active individual. You get an individualized nutrition plan based on your body, activity level, and goals.

Weight Management
Whether your goal is to lose body fat or gain weight, I can design a program that is healthy and effective. Dieting does not work. I teach how to change body composition through diet modifications, exercise and lifestyle changes.

Functional Movement Screening
Prevent injury and enhance performance utilizing the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and exericse progressions. FMS is made up of seven tests that examine fundamental movements of the body, (fundamental because they are the foundation for human movement, not athletic movements). Limitations lead to poor efficiency, potential for injury, and decreased performance.
Cost: $75
Body Composition
Body composition determines body fat percentage using skinfold calipers or bioelectrical impedance measurements along with circumference measurements. I analyze the results and go over them with you. I can calculate if you are at risk for cardiovascular disease, if you are in a healthy body fat percentile, and with repeated body composition analysis, if you are losing or gaining fat and/or muscle.

Total Body Fitness Analysis new!
Want to know how fit you are and how you rank among your peers? Find out where your strengths and weaknesses are in fitness and how you can improve your fitness level. This service includes Circumference Measurements, Body Fat %, Push-ups, Curl-ups, Sit & Reach (flexibility), and a Cardio fitness test (either Cooper 12-min test, 1.5 mile run test, or step test).

Sport-Specific Training
Do you want to swim faster? Do you want to jump higher? Do you want to improve your golf game? Then sport-specific training is the way to go. I will design a program to help boost your performance incorporating cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, flexibility, nutrition and even yoga.

Stretch Fitness New!
A stretching program is highly recommended to reduce the chance of injury, minimize muscles soreness & fatigue, increase flexibility and range of motion. This is a 30 minute session of assisted stretching and some Thai Massage. Great for athletes!

I provide swim lessons in the privacy of your own pool. I teach kids ages 3 yrs & up and adults. Learn how to swim or improve your swimming technique.

Having a pool or beach party and worried about the kids or even adults around the water? Hire me as your lifeguard and get rid of any worries. I am a certified lifeguard with beach, pond, pool, and waterslide experience.
